Rambo & Ayumi were wonderful to work with from the initial listing to the sale of our house. Both of them are personable and knowledgeable about real estate in our area. Rambo has contacts with contractors who were very reasonable in helping with small odds and ends we needed done. Ayumi has a good eye for staging the house. We recommend them without hesitation or reservation.
My wife and I recently worked with Rambo to sell our 1907 Bungalow in Portland. We bought the house from Rambo originally and had such a good experience we knew we wanted to work with him again when it came time to sell. Rambo and Ayumi are the BEST. We had a lead on a realtor, but then got a quick response from Ayumi on Zillow. Because we were out of town, she set up a live video walkthrough. We didn't hear back from the other agent, and we didn't look back. Rambo really knows his stuff. He responds quickly, he tackles the job from every angle, ads, staging, research, great communicator and planner. He adjusts the plan quickly and thinks and acts strategically. Selling a home is stressful and I would recommend Rambo to any close relative and know that they are in great hands.
