No!!!!!! Our paper is consistently thrown underneath my truck or onto the lawn with the sprinklers going. While it is placed in the plastic bag, the bag is left open and the paper is a soggy mess that goes right into the garbage. I have called to complain many times but to no avail. I am 74 years old and handicapped and have a terrible time getting the paper from under the truck. The Bulletin is one of the last local newspapers - many like to "bash" it - not sure why except that many editorials seem biased to the right. On the other hand, it is so good to get regional news AND now with new owners there is a chance that the paper will begin to satisfy more of our more politically diverse population.
For local Bend news while we are away. It is great!

I haven't gotten my paper in 4 days, I've logged my complaint in their automated system and still haven't gotten it. today I actually talked to someone and asked them to have the circulation manager call me, still no call. called them again this afternoon was sent to the circulation managers voice mail. would not recommend their customer service. all I get from them are excuses. terrible newspaper. in a day where newspapers are struggling for customers, you would think they would work a little harder to keep current customer... read more
