Why is the paper not delivered?
Circulation department has no clue. Late paper delivery. Billing is not consistent.

When it actually get delivered its great! That being said have not recieved this mornings yet or Thursday at all. If you don't like bad publicity quit doing things wrong.
The Bulletin has been my resource for what is happening in my community. It has been an integral part of my business. I have used it to market the homes that I am holding open. The property that I have for sale. The history of Central Oregon that the often publish. I have always felt it was so important for our community. It has supported our children as they go through school and play their supports.
Sooooo inconsistent with delivery. You'll not receive a paper for days, then get all of the missing issues at once. Call them and they hem and haw, blame the delivery people/the weather/gremlins, tell you the are working on it....but nope.
Love this paper. They are not afraid to state their opinion in oped’s even when they know the crazies will come after them.
