"Wow" caliber food – Wow!! I've had great, but this was Wow. First, the flavor of the gumbo broth could be sipped on it's own. Add andouille and chicken and you have a hearty soup. No need to go crazy on the roux or okra, the secret is in the spicy broth. The Wow comes in at the brisket salad. It was astonishing - the flavor and tenderness of the brisket is a wow all it's own.
