Great experience working with the Builders Group team! They made the process very easy and fun. Everyone was so professional and friendly.
Unfortunately, we have had several issues with our house. Not sure if it’s the contractors they are using or if they are throwing them up too fast and things are getting done very sloppy. They are quick to make excuses for their work and the communication in general is terrible, especially after your “one year” is up. Love our house, but we’ve not even been here two years and have a leaking roof, flooring coming up, and plumbing issues. I didn’t want to give a review too early. It’s now been a year. The builders group really listens and goes the extra mile to make you feel good in your home. Minor things did come up but they were quick to fix it. We had our first house built by them and it’s been a great experience.
Professional and personable. The team at The Builders Group have been incredible in helping navigate homeownership.
Highly unprofessional and a complete waste of time dealing with them.
