Absolutely do NOT hire. Their design team does not do ANYTHING in a timely manner. They do not return emails, texts, or phone calls in a timely manner. All this after receiving a deposit.

Great experience working with the Builders Group team! They made the process very easy and fun. Everyone was so professional and friendly.
Unfortunately, we have had several issues with our house. Not sure if it’s the contractors they are using or if they are throwing them up too fast and things are getting done very sloppy. They are quick to make excuses for their work and the communication in general is terrible, especially after your “one year” is up. Love our house, but we’ve not even been here two years and have a leaking roof, flooring coming up, and plumbing issues.
