Bedbugs, cockroaches, drain flies, noise. Do not move here. The first unit I lived in, I had a neighbor blasting music 5-10 hours a day, at any time of day or night. When he was doing that, he was threatening or beating his girlfriend. Management told me they had given him a warning but nothing changed. Good not Great You seriously could not ask for better Concierge and Maintenance staff. Wish I could say the same about the Property Managers. The Not So Good: As a converted building, there are understandably some "growing pains" (ie. soft spots in floor, windows that leaked that had to be fixed, TVS on treadmills where audio doesn’t work, etc.) What is not understandable, is blatantly ignoring or not responding to emails from residents, and lack of information and updates regarding repairs.
