I ordered Vic's cut prime rib and was not disappointed. Perfectly medium, no more no less, very little fat or gristle. To top off great food, I had great service also. He had answer to all of our question, prompt and courteous.
RecommendedThe atmosphere at Buckhorn Steakhouse was warm and friendly. The food was rustic and flavorful, and the little town of Winters seemed to reflect all of the same wonderful character. I can't wait to go back the next time I visit California. This small town Iowa guy really felt at home.
I strongly recommend the Elk seared medallions Superb ...and the mash potatoes are real Get a wine at Turkovich around the corner and u will get a cork fee discount
