Absolutely love the customer service and product availability! Will definitely be ordering again. I’ve generally purchased from large distributors, but have had nothing but difficulty- so it’s incredibly refreshing to find a store than can meet my needs with quantity and has the best customer service! Very professional and top notch.
I have been going to the bubbling bucket for years and everyone who works here is very knowledgeable and always happy to answer any questions you come in with. Workers always know the faces of the people that come in and you don’t see that all the time now days.
Went here to get a grow light for my tomatoes that I started indoors, the employees were nice and very informative on the products they carry. After asking one employee about hydroponics ( I’ve only ever grown plants outdoors with the exception of getting an early start ) they gave me a lot of information and though I suspected they would try to sell me something after I asked, the man suggested that I read up on it and the process before buying anything for it. Great people and great prices
This place is under new management be careful the young blonde tried to steal my credit card information my cousin said she did the same thing to Him said she had to write down the credit card numbers front and back for their records did not make sense
They are so nice, has that mom and pop feel but the store is clean. The owner gave me a sample of expanded clay pebbles to try in my aquarium for my kids. He was completely honest and forthcoming that he wasn't sure whether or not it would work. Turns out (after a THOROUGH rinsing) it's excellent for biological filtration media! I am thoroughly convinced the pebbles are what saved my tank from crashing this week! Now, I'm in the process of removing my sand to replace it with the expanded clay pebbles.
