No stars from meHorrible place of business. Went to wash a rental car, before I took it back. As I entered the undercarriage I hear a loud tap on my windshield, then a cracking noise. I notice as I hear the sound a line is forming in the windshield. I say to myself, "I know that didn't just Crack my windshield." When I leave the undercarriage, I bring it to the managers attention. maybe you are right my friend, but please try to remember; it could happen when you call a hospital also or any any other customer service. any way i was there and washed my car and it still shiny, bright, and soft touch for more than 2 weeks, that was amazing, they used a great chemicals.
I called to inquire if this car wash was an automatic car wash. When the phone was answered by a gentleman, after shaking off laughter, apparently from something funny on his end. I asked "if they were an automatic car wash?" They're response was "No it is not, can't talk right now, we are busy, and then a hang-up." All in one sentence. Obviously, they aren't in need of business.
