I was not expecting this level of service when I signed up with them. I have been pleased with their work and relieved to have their knowledge and experience for management and tenant issues.
The Bryant Company is doing an outstanding job taking care of my rental property. They've gotten me great tenants and those tenants have all had great things to say about management and maintenance staff. If you're looking for a great management company this is the one to call.
These people are very unprofessional and downright shady. The reviews below are obviously made by employees. A year ago yp and other review sites were chock full of negative reviews for Bryant Co. Check them out on the Better Business Bureau site. They get several complaints each year. Save yourself the hassle and find another company.
The Bryant Company has helped me find a couple places over the last few years. They're always very responsive and good to deal with. I'm quite happy with where I am living.

The Bryant property that I live in is well managed and taken care of. they make sure the home stays in good condition and that I am comfortable while I am here. They have been very diligent about maintenance and I have never really had to ask a thing of them. Very satisfied with my rental and the bryant company.
