The staff were kind and helpful, especially when I needed to be added to and later removed from a lease. Honestly, they were the best part of living here. Parking was a constant issue. I stayed on the waitlist for months and never received a spot. When I parked in my boyfriend’s assigned space, my car was repeatedly broken into. The worst renting experience. The building is unsafe and disgustingly dirty. Packages constantly stolen, mailboxes hanging off the walls, homeless people urinating and sleeping in the halls, other tenants violently fighting at all hours of the night. Other tenants do not clean garbage out of their pockets before using the laundry and the management doesn’t pay to clean it. Save yourself a lease long headache and apply somewhere else. Irving Properties bought the building about a year ago and refused to spend money on upkeep. Our outside garbage was overflowing every week, so their solution was to get a smaller bin (lol). I had a rent special applied to my lease that I had to CONVINCE management to honor.
