Incredible experience! Cozy rooms, genuine hospitality. The food is great. And I love that I can get a drink there before a night out or a night cap before retiring to my room. The fireplace in the dinning room made for a truly comforting experience. And pick up some of the homemade granola on the way out. Perfectly nestled at the edge of town so I can take a leisure walk to shops while being just out of the city center to be a quiet respite.
The only place to stay when visiting Brunswick and vicinity.
Was a beautiful overnight stay. The food was top notch, the bed was comfy and the friendly service was a great testament as to its wonderful reputation. It was well worth the drive up from Rhode Island! Thanks to all the staff!
I stayed here for two nights during a very cold week in February, temperatures as low as 0 F. But the crackling fire in the wine bar and breakfast room warmed me right up, as did Eileen's gracious hospitality. Also, love the central location -- walking distance to the train station and the Bowdoin campus. I'll definitely be back!
We had our wedding party stay here and it was such a wonderful experience! The inn is so cozy, the staff is wonderful and the breakfast was always delicious! Our dinner rehearsal was held in the bar area with passed out apps and it was perfect! Highly recommended!
