Message after message to get information on renting an apartment but, no one ever calls back. I have no clue how this place has any residents.
After weeks of being told their application was ok, it looked fine, they didn’t see any problems, my son’s application was denied two weeks before his move out date. I called Sharon to discuss this as I am the guarantor of payment while he is in school. She was one of the rudest, most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. So; weeks to process your application; dozens of calls and voicemails they would not return, and a rude, abrupt condescending woman that cared nothing about honoring the word that had been given. Gorgeous Vintage Beauty �.....in love with these old brick buildings turned into lofts....with rooftop patio...secret gardens.....walking trails....and short jog over foot traffic bridge to Marietta Square restaurants and shops.
Beautiful lofts, but thin walls make it a hard place to live.
