I generally don’t like writing negative or even not-so-complimentary reviews, but I feel like there are a few things that could have been done better. I got the wax and tint. While my technician was really nice, I wish she consulted me before trimming and shaping my brows into a much more arched shape than I prefer. I’ve been growing out my arch hairs, and suddenly that progress was gone. I felt like I should’ve spoken up, so when she did my tint, I asked for her to do them more straight.
