RecommendedThis is a relatively new Residence Inn that is modern, clean, well equipped, spacious and very well maintained. The COVID precautions this property took were extraordinary, with shields between the front desk and guests, masking throughout the public places, disinfected pens per transaction, and spotlessly cleaned rooms and public facilities. Horrible customer service. No food and bad attitude!
Okay, I am traveling with work and used our company’s travel service to book. They had me at the TownePlace, which is usually a decent bet in my experience. This one was dated, but didn’t seem that bad when we first checked in. As we went to our building and room things started to go down hill fast.
