RecommendedStaff is pleasant and very helpful. Thank you for accommodating us during this pandemic. The kids had a blast and we enjoyed our trip. Only wish the slides would have been open.
Called front desk to complain about room next door making to excessive noise and had to move rooms because security was ineffective. Moved to room 1130 and the entire hallway reaked of marijuana was finally moved to a quiet floor. front desk clerk clearly needs training in hospitality. This is not a hotel to stay at if you want to relax.
