RecommendedRoom was clean, comfortable and inviting . Staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Front desk and GM were pleasant, kind and had positive interactions whenever we walked through the lobby. Loved how this hotel is so close to area shopping and dining.
RecommendedSo this is definitely my hotel of choice when I come to Lynchburg. Even though some things are closed because of Covid, the staff is super friendly and very accommodating. Love love love the location!

Too many amenities are closed due to Covid. Most of the restrictions make no sense. Severely understaffed. Our room was so dirty when we arrived we had to request it be cleaned. Never coming here again
