Very unprofessional…I booked my appointment and she then asked me if I could come in earlier in which I told her I couldn’t. I offered to cancel the appointment if she couldn’t do it. She then wanted to see if I could come another day and time but changed her mind and kept the original appointment. Ok cool so I get there she doesn’t speak or give me a consultation just makes me sign a consent form. Not only was the energy bad she messed up my left eyebrow. She also complained about her cramps. I absolutely love The Brow Magnet! When I moved from a different state, I had no idea who would do my brows. I found Chiaja through a group and she came highly recommended. Almost a year later and I visit quite often. It’s always such a welcoming atmosphere and her communication is excellent. Make that appointment, you will not be disappointed.

I've always wanted to have my thin brows shaped and tinted professionally. I searched high and low, reading many reviews, their cost as well as reviewing pictures from other businesses. My search ended and I chose The Brow Magnet. My experience with Chiaja, who was very knowledgeable, was great to say the least. I was very satisfied with her services provided to me and needless to say, I will be a repeat customer.

I highly recommend The Brow Magnet! I received the brow lamination and was nervous, as this was my first time receiving this service. Chiaja was so kind, comforting and professional. She did an amazing job and I was very happy with the service she provided. I’m picky when it comes to my eyebrows and I would definitely trust The Brow Magnet again!
