If you’re wondering “how bad can it be, just need to clean them up” and you’re banking on them being like the ladies at say, Vaughn Mills, DON’T DO IT. Apart from having no customer service skills or personality, the lady BUTCHERED my brows. As soon as she started tearing at them, I knew it was too much being taken off - no trim, or attention to your preference of shape, not a care, just chop chop.Go elsewhere or watch them do someone else’s before you risk it incase you get the same lady.
