This company charged my credit card without my permission! Back in November 2023, they quoted for the installation of new gutters and I put down half, as requested, with my credit card. They showed up for the installation as scheduled. When the job was done, I walked the house and we had one big issue. The gutters across the garage (in the front of the house), were crooked, showing the top of the fascia board. Paid them $250 to fix a leak. Called many times and owner told me it would be done. Never came to 3 appointments. The appt was under my wife's name. Shakira Silverman
The came in to do quote in my property, then never replied to my emails when I wanted to hire them. I also tried calling their 1-800 number, the representative apologized and mentioned people I was emailing seemed to be not working there anymore, and the other email address was For local Miami branch owner and he wasn’t sure if that email address was ever checked. April 2024, still waiting for the call I guess business is doing great they don’t need more customers
