Don’t bother with this place. I had gutters installed and after close inspection thought the pitch on front gutter was not right. I called the listed number and heard a recording stating that the call was to be monitored for quality. After getting through to a representative I was told that the Charleston location had closed for this franchise based company. I explained to the representative that this was not my problem. They did a great job replacing our gutters and also some facia that had fallen. They were on time, did good work and cleaned up when they were done. I work from home and the noise was minimal and they didn’t interrupt me at all. Thanks Gabe, JJ and Josh!
Called for an estimate, was contacted promptly and received one from Noah. Had a followup question regarding the estimate and attempted several times to contact Noah and the BG main phone line to get my question answered in order to move forward. After nearly three weeks with no response back, I have given up. I called for an Estimate. A guy named Noah came to my home to check things over. I was told I would receive a quote in a week or so. It's now been six weeks, and I haven't received a quote. I keep getting the runaround when I call the office. I Do not recommend.
They are quick to come and fix an issue. But if you need them to come back and correct something - good luck on getting a response. Been waiting for 6 months . . .
