We were tenants at brookeville for two years. During our stay there we had our rent on auto pay, rarely complained, and were by my assessment good tenants. We kept our house clean and even returned it in better condition than we received it. However. Despite all this the office staff was particularly useless, with the exception of Nicole the manager. How do I get a number for the owner or their cooperate office. I just can't stand their nonsense, I just moved in less than am month and my basement has been flooded 3 times already. Yet I pay for a furnish basement. DAMN IT.
I have been waiting for 1 week to have my air conditioning fixed. We have consistently had 80+ degree weather in Columbus and our room temperature is over 90 degrees. I have had to keep all our door open just to get some air in and this has turned our room into a haven for insects. I can't wait to vacate my apartment!
They have a friendly maintenance staff and office personnel.
