We had an amazing experience with Jake. We last minute decided to dine here due to a change of plans and he accommodated all of our requests seamlessly. Even with coming in an hour before closing, he never made us feel rushed and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you Jake for making our experience so special!
I have worked in many restaurants throughout my life, so I have a great understanding of what qualifies as amazing customer service. Lisa and Grace not only provided amazing service, they were both very personable, and I was going through a hard time personally when I came here, so I felt so much better when I left. That, to me, is what customer service is all about, not just getting your food as quickly as possible. They were both very kind, the food was great and came out on time, and my drink was delicious.
Amazing wedding weekend celebrations at the Brook. The service was exceptional thanks to Tiffany the banquet manager From rehearsal welcome dinner to wedding breakfast to post wedding after party then Sunday farewell brunch. All the food and service was amazing /truly professional ladies and gentleman who understand customer service and truly joyous family celebrations. Thank you Tiffany. ❤️🤍🇲🇽🇮🇹
