Great experience, great customer service from property manager Alicia she provided me with all the information I needed. 5 star all the way!! Clean office and friendly office staff.
Felisha traveled all the way from Houston. Yes, the property has some issues, but please be aware of that. She has a story, and get TLC from the owners. You can start your lease at 6 months, which is the maximum term. If you’re not sure where to live in Austin, this is the best way to begin your life.
I just want to say that I had an incredible customer service experience with Alicia, she gave me a tour and let me say best I’ve had! She didn’t leave anything out, answered all my questions, and just amazing energy over all! Clean property as well! I highly recommend it! I will be back to lease!
The office staff beyond being incompetent has a terrible attitude problem only really overshadowed by the tacky jewelry you're subjected to. Belligerent, ignorant, or prehaps just needs a new job not really sure what their issue is but I'm glad to be out soon. Hopefully no more tress fall from negligence. Had a really bad experience with the property manager, she wasn't being professiona talking about my background check, when at the time residents where present. I find that really disrespectful as a manager, she was rude very poorly as a manager, she should not even have that position..... Recommend not to rent there 100 percent
