Ive had a lot of Landlords and property managers over the years. Geoff an his team are stellar and I think anyone lucky enough to have him is truly blessed. He is kind, reasonable and fair. 11/10. Would recommend them to friends and family.
This is the worst management company I have ever dealt with. My kitchen floors have been rising up due to water and nobody gets back to me, there is now visible black mold. They assigned a vendor that I have called weekly and left voicemails for. Been over 1 month with this issue it is unprofessional how this has been handled. Not happy. In reply to your reply it is not my job to chase down your vendors. Thanks.

I have worked with THE Brokerage for over five years as a property owner and I have nothing but praise for their management abilities They make my life much easier knowing I don’t have to worry about the daily grind of being a landlord
