My experience with listing agent Anna Grace Stanley was disappointing. Throughout negotiations, communication led us to believe our offer was moving forward and that contract paperwork would be sent shortly. We later learned another offer had been accepted without clear communication that competing negotiations were still ongoing. While I understand nothing is final until signed, I believe buyers deserve better transparency and communication throughout the process.

This is the worst management company I have ever dealt with. My kitchen floors have been rising up due to water and nobody gets back to me, there is now visible black mold. They assigned a vendor that I have called weekly and left voicemails for. Been over 1 month with this issue it is unprofessional how this has been handled. Not happy. Ive had a lot of Landlords and property managers over the years. Geoff an his team are stellar and I think anyone lucky enough to have him is truly blessed. He is kind, reasonable and fair. 11/10. Would recommend them to friends and family.
