At 4:57 PM today, I noticed there was water leaking from under the sink the garbage disposal eroded itself off of the sink. I grab the towels dried up take everything underneath through all the wet stuff away. Get the fan out. I call the Broekrage maintenance line immediate help right before they closed and Geoffrey got somebody out within 30 minutes of me calling. They’re coming tonight to fix it and I couldn’t be more grateful as a long-term tenant
