Stacey is a truly remarkable realtor, and a very good person in general. She was very patient with the search for my home. She had my best interest in mind, and really fought to find the perfect home for me. When she didn't feel that a house was right for me, she gave her honest opinion, which in hindsight saved me from making a very bad decision. The Brokerage is an excellent group. Can not recommend Geoff Lavell and this company enough!
My experience with listing agent Anna Grace Stanley was disappointing. Throughout negotiations, communication led us to believe our offer was moving forward and that contract paperwork would be sent shortly. We later learned another offer had been accepted without clear communication that competing negotiations were still ongoing. While I understand nothing is final until signed, I believe buyers deserve better transparency and communication throughout the process.
