Went there to get phone fixed and guy behind the counter said he could smell vegetable oil and how it causes cancer and makes him vomit. I told him that we just came there to get phone fixed and that she makes her living running a restaurant, and that we would try not to take his rant as an insult. No apology from guy behind counter. #Bad Service
We have gone to The Broken iPhone for years. They do a good job and I like working with them. A few months ago I shattered the back of my phone. Mark’s advice, based on the age of my phone, was that it was NOT necessary to replace it. Saved me quite a bit of cash!!! Thought that was cool!!
Skilled. The owner was polite to all people I saw in the store, while we waited for my phone to back up for several hours. Nice people and good at their jobs.
RecommendedAfter my MacBook got soaked in an apartment leak, I was told that my hard drive was ruined. All of my pictures and documents were gone.. or so I thought. I decided to take it to the Broken Iphone before I recycled the computer. A quick diagnosis and they found that my hard drive was not ruined and they saved ALL of my pictures off of my computer. These pictures include those of my grandmother that passed away. I would 100% recommend the Broken IPhone and will be a lifetime customer.
Super pleasant to work with. Quick, knowledgeable, and efficient. Verizon said my phone needed to be sent for repair, $200 with insurance. Took it here, was fixed in under two minutes, and not charged a dime because it “was such an easy repair.”
Mark repaired my broken screen on my Iphone 7+ in less than 10 minutes. Great service, highly recommended, and repaired right in front of my eyes. 5 *****
Knowledgeable people, authentic Apple parts and fantastic customer service make this the only place I’d even think of taking my phone. Have had a fantastic experience every time I’ve been in.
