Overall great place to live. Great tenants, well insulated for noise. Lost a star because of the horrible building next door at 1275 Elgin. Avoid facing that building if you can. The Supers are great. Spent 10 years in this building and have no regrets but with life, things change and had to move. I’d go back if ever I return to Burlington.
This building advertises itself as a luxury apartment yet it is run by one of the lowest leasing companies around. Not to mention property management is not luxury material. If you enjoy paying a lot of money for limited everything and being treated like less of an individual this is the place to be. There was a man by the name of Stuart who did maintenance picking up garbage etc for some reason he was also in the office at times, he was pure trash with zero experience managing anything never mind a building and it’s residen... read more
Great spot, Stewart the manager is super nice and helpful. Rooms are modern and spacious. Everyone I’ve met in the building has been friendly
