This building advertises itself as a luxury apartment yet it is run by one of the lowest leasing companies around. Not to mention property management is not luxury material. If you enjoy paying a lot of money for limited everything and being treated like less of an individual this is the place to be. Great spot, Stewart the manager is super nice and helpful. Rooms are modern and spacious. Everyone I’ve met in the building has been friendly
I’ve been living here for a year. The building is clean inside and the staffs are helpful and friendly. Very limited vacant rooms around the year. The only problem is that a new condo beside the Brock is under construction now. Even closing all the windows, it’ very noisy during work hours.
