Worse place Ive ever lived. Here a peak into whats going on right now.... This particular maintenance issue took more than a month to resolve, and due to the level of severity, it took way too long. absolutely the worst place I've ever lived. zero amenities, gate is constantly broken and security and SAFETY are a joke. front office staff are friendly and helpful to a degree but probably overwhelmed. pool was closed all summer, but only to residents. every day people were coming in from outside the complex and using the pool without any intervention whatsoever. so basically, residents are paying to operate a public pool that they can't use. off leash dogs are so numerous that it's not worth reporting, and their owners wi... read more
Listen to your residents and make improvements. There are so many issues/problems that need to be addressed. Instead of fixing/updating anything they redo the landscaping around the pool. Great... thanks.
Property management company that's willing to put money into improving the complex. Larger and more capable maintenance staff.
I’ve lived here for over three years now and can’t wait for my lease to be up. I’ve seen management change too many times to count. Maintenance is a joke. My ceiling had a leak which was “fixed” multiple times until the ceiling fell when I was out of town. The crime keeps getting worse, there’s been police busts with 8 police cars at one time, someone was beat up and jumped behind my apartment, and I’ve had packages continuously stolen as well as patio furniture stolen off my back patio.
