Experience is the best teacher. Your maintenance team are very experienced and they do the work very well. I do not give excellent as there is no such thing as excellent. My review is actually 4.75. The crew is very good. This time, my dryer was cleaned out of lint that reduces the drying capabilities and the gaskets of my refrigerator was promptly replaced to keep my food fresh. The maintenance crew are very good at what they do.
