The staff also respond in a timely fashion to calls and emails, and they strive to provide the best living experience for everyone living in The Brix. I highly recommend this apartment complex.
I highly recommend the Brix at Midtown apartments! In my short time here- I've already developed great friendships and a sense of community. Something I look for in finding my next home is a good staff. The Brix staff goes above and beyond and are very attentive in their responses to emails etc. You certainly get what you pay for here at the Brix! The endless amenities, and the ability to walk downtown to restaurants/bars is great, too!
The Brix is an amazing place to live right off the highway which makes it super easy to get anywhere you need to go without downtown traffic. It is an easy mile walk to downtown and has the best amenities in the area. I highly recommend this complex to young professionals looking for a safe, convenient, and social place to live.
I love living at The Brix at Midtown! The community and staff are very friendly and accommodating. The community is pet friendly which makes it an even better atmosphere and the amenities are a plus! I also enjoy the location because it is within walking distances to a lot of restaurants and stores. I would highly recommend living here!
If you are looking for an apartment in the GR area, I highly recommend looking into The Brix at Midtown. I love the available amenities, my favorite being a pool that is open year round (as a hot tub in the winter months,) and the staff is super friendly and accommodating. In addition it is in walking distance from downtown, allowing easy access to various restaurants!
I love the community at the brix! I have met so many people and everyone is so friendly. Having the pool/hot tub all year round is a very big perk!
Great 1st floor unit with quiet neighbors and building is always very clean. Leasing staff professional and very helpful during the leasing process!
The brix has been a great first apartment. The amenities were very nice and common areas were always kept very clean. The management staff was easy to contact and work with if there was ever an issue. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone 👍🏻.
