I lived at The Brix Apartments and unfortunately had a very disappointing move-out experience. After moving out, I received a heavily itemized final statement that included numerous separate charges for things such as dusty ceiling fan blades, dusty blinds, dusty baseboards, dusty entry doors, multiple light bulb replacements, and additional cleaning fees on top of an already assessed move-out cleaning charge. I have been living in these apartments for a year, and they are really very good, the manager is an excellent person who supports you in everything and they are very attentive regarding anything you ask her, 🫶🥰 Thank you supriya
Supriya is great. Very kind and courteous. Any issues I had were addressed rapidly and with care. She is definitely willing to work with each person to extend the best customer service. She treats her residents like family. It is a very quiet place to live and easy access to grocery stores, etc. It is a small community and safe. I enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it.

Supriya! Your denial was detrimental to me and my family, you pressured me into signing a lease before you even received money. And when I couldn’t provide all money to you after we agreed with a payment plan, you attempt to take a stab at my credit/RH by charging me THOUSANDS for a unit, I NEVER EVER, NOT ONCE, ENTERED! I NEVER DWELLED IN THE UNIT, I NEVER COOKED IN IT. I NEVER HAD A DAMN KEY. I never had the unit. You probably thought I was going to pay to get out of the contract??? Right???
