I'm deeply disappointed and upset with the experience I had with Haydee Massey, the owner of this salon. It's evident she prioritizes money over customer satisfaction. Despite asking for a chocolate brown color, I left with a copper red mess with yellowish roots. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, instead of addressing the issue professionally, Haydee rudely insisted it was what I wanted and demanded payment regardless.
