The Bristal provides The Worst Care Anywhere. Take your parents elsewhere. They should NOT have an enhanced care license. They don’t serve healthy meals to residents who are sick. They bring them tea and toast. They can’t provide a typed lists of the medicines they manage for the residents. They are not adequately staffed with trained elder care professionals. Stay away!!!

RecommendedLOVE everything about it - The Staff is so personable n pleasant. They truly care about the residents and always have fun activities going on to keep every one happy n involved. VERY clean Food cooked fresh everyday. Its a Cruise Ship that never leaves port.

Beautiful assisted living facility with caring staff. More than anything else it’s a community.
What a truly amazing, compassionate and caring staff. They honestly treat the residents like family I couldn't imagine anyone else caring for my family. Especially Laureen kelly and Wynter Burbrage what special professional women they are. Thank you ladies.
