RecommendedTake a few minutes to tour a community and meet the associates, you will be amazed by the warm home like experience. The associates have big hearts and are eager to make each resident feel welcomed. The atmosphere is a mix of bring on a cruise ship that has everything to offer and being in a five star hotel. Residents can offer suggestions and ideas and we can make it happen.

The Bristal provides The Worst Care Anywhere. Take your parents elsewhere. They should NOT have an enhanced care license. They don’t serve healthy meals to residents who are sick. They bring them tea and toast. They can’t provide a typed lists of the medicines they manage for the residents. They are not adequately staffed with trained elder care professionals. Stay away!!!

What a truly amazing, compassionate and caring staff. They honestly treat the residents like family I couldn't imagine anyone else caring for my family. Especially Laureen kelly and Wynter Burbrage what special professional women they are. Thank you ladies.
My mother, Hannah Kroner Segal, enjoyed over seven years at the Bristol in North Hills. She loved teaching exercise classes, attending the lectures, meeting with a group of writing friends, choreographing a show for the staff and residents.
