RecommendedAfter moving to Texas and spending weeks looking for the right apartment that was both centralized and new and had the amenities I was looking for. I was turned onto the Briscoe apartments. Daymion in the leasing office was both professional and courteous! This place is nice, in good location and it’s new. If you’re looking for an affordable, newer place with a close commute to downtown, then this is the spot.
Just signed a lease in a beautiful apartment and couldn’t be happier. Staff is very helpful and nice especially Daymion! Very excited to be part of The Briscoe family!
Staff is AMAZING!, Location, Apartment layout and ammenities! Love the Monthly Social events!! Keep it up! We have lived here for a little over a year and love it! No problems at all, yes parking can be an issue but all I can say is "Welcome to the Big City"!
We just moved in, and are so so happy with everything: the staff (especially Florida- he has helped us find the absolute perfect home) the complex, the management (Ginny is so helpful), the maintenance staff (timely, efficient and friendly), and overall the unit we are living in! The people both renting and on staff are friendly, respectful and welcoming. We are so stoked to call this complex our home! Thank you everyone at The Briscoe!
So I’ve lived here for a few months and I can honestly say I really like it here. Yes, guest parking is limited but that’s not something they can change. The people here are all so friendly and welcoming. The pool is always clean, the neighbors are polite. I will also say the office staff is very professional and super helpful.
