This was my second time contacting this year for an intake. I also contacted them last month and left a detailed description of my case on their website and nobody follow back in a timely manner. One of the worst things that can happen when you were trying to find an attorney for valuable time to be lost by Attorneys being nonresponsive!! Incredibly condescending, unprofessional, arrogant, unhelpful person who answers the phone about inquiries. If that’s the first impression you give to prospective clients, then is actually a blessing, because I can only imagine the struggle that would be working with this firm.
Never responded to my inquiry. I hate when law firms have a website that say you can send an inquiry regarding your situation and then you get ignored, because to a lay person your situation matters. At least say Ye or Nay to the individual that sent the inquiry. Many firms do this, and I get offended and feelings hurt.
