they scheduled fire alarm testing on a holiday at 9am and did not post it anywhere in the building beforehand. also the fire alarm is needlessly So loud and goes off in the middle of the night for no reason all the time.
Bridgeport has managed my condo building for years, and I've been very satisfied with the way they handle problems as well as routine issues--very responsive and knowledgeable. In particular, Chris Candy is excellent. He always gets back to us quickly, and he is a great problem solver and so pleasant to work with.
Bridgeport manages the condo building I live in and the folks do a great job of taking care of all the building's needs. Chris does an excellent job of addressing all concerns in a timely fashion. He also uses his expertise from managing other buildings in the neighborhood to help share knowledge and find us reasonable service providers at good prices. Whenever I call in to report issues or file requests, the folks on the phone are courteous and efficient. I would highly recommend working with Bridgeport!
Chris Candy at Bridgeport has been our HOA manager for over 20 years now. I have been an HOA Board Member for a few years now. Chris and everyone at Bridgeport has been a pleasure to work with, both at the level of the HOA Board and as a resident. They are all easy to work with and responsive. They go above an beyond for our residents and put a personal touch on everything that they do.
