I have been a HOA board member for about 2 years now. In that time, our Bridgeport manager Stephen has been responsive, considerate, knowledgeable, proactive, and consistently dependable. I can't imagine managing various challenges without his guidance and support. Additionally, I really appreciate the team's after-hours staff for the help they provided navigating various unforeseen, stress-inducing emergencies.

I have nothing but great things to say about Bridgeport! Our HOA was in dire need of a new property management company to get us in shape. With Stephen's help we are on our way. I worked closely with him to discuss our needs and our goals and he has been a great partner in helping us have financial stability. I was the President of our board and we worked closely for over a year and they are continuing strongly in my absence. I appreciate the partnership and the services provided. This HOA is poorly managed. As a homeowner, I've been sending many requests to get light poles fixed for a very long time and till this day it hasn't happened. Something so essential as having good lighting on the streets.
