We have owned our property for about 7 years now and couldn’t be happier. As a Board member of the HOA I have the opportunity to see how issues are proposed, voted on, and completed. Our HOA management company switched to Bridgeport a few years ago as recommended by one of our Board members. My experience as a Board member has been positive namely because Stephen Coll, the assigned property manager, is responsive, knowledgeable, and does a good job. Recently my friend had a water damage claimed, and I asked Stephen on behalf of my friend, and he provided a valuable input.
I have served as a board member for my community HOA for seven years, and The Bridgeport Company has managed our association since 2008. Both our HOA’s and my personal experience with Bridgeport have been excellent. I want to extend my thanks particularly to Stephen, our community manager, who is responsive, knowledgeable, and always goes the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly. As a former President and long time board member of our HOA, I can highly recommend The Bridgeport company (now Real manage) and specially Stephen Coll for an excellent job in running our communities HOA management. I spent many hours on walkthroughs, phone calls and a variety of landscape issues that were dealt with both professionally and quickly.
