This HOA is poorly managed. As a homeowner, I've been sending many requests to get light poles fixed for a very long time and till this day it hasn't happened. Something so essential as having good lighting on the streets.

While their responses to my communications over the past ten years have occasionally been less than satisfying, they’ve been consistently good and quick in handling admin requests. I have worked with John Rodrigues and The Bridgeport Company for many years. I am a homeowner in a community managed by John and Bridgeport. John is responsive, professional, knows the business and very experienced. I would highly recommend him. I have referred him in the past and will continue to do so.
they scheduled fire alarm testing on a holiday at 9am and did not post it anywhere in the building beforehand. also the fire alarm is needlessly So loud and goes off in the middle of the night for no reason all the time.
