The only good thing about this place is the location and the maintence staff. The management team is horrible. Do not live here! Too old for what you pay. No a/c, you have to pay extra for screen doors and they are termite infested.

I love my home, my neighbors, and the staff has been fantastic - friendly managers and efficient maintenance. Very happy here.
Very well maintained property. New pool and BBQ construction almost completed. Management is responsive to requests and apartments are repaired in a timely manner. Street noise can be distracting but manageable at night. The best location in the area!
