Reasonable spay & neuter without waiting months for an appointment. Staff is friendly and check in is stream lined and efficient.
I don't typically leave reviews, but the level of nonchalance and disrespect I experienced at The Bridge Clinic in Philadelphia needs to be noted. I called on behalf of my elderly mother, who had an appointment scheduled on a day when we had around 2 feet of snow. Most places were closed or closed early due to the weather. When I spoke with the receptionist, I simply asked if they could make an exception and not hold my mother responsible for another deposit. I recently had to have my cat euthanized. Not only was the price about half of what my former vet would have charged, they were more compassionate than any other vet I've ever dealt with in the past. They have a wonderful team that allowed me the time I needed to say goodbye. Dr. Kelly asked if I wanted some of his fur. I said yes and she said she was going to take the fur from over his heart. The greatest veterinarians, staffs, and assistants! Responded to all our concerns since my cat had an FIP before, took great care with anesthesia before her spay, was honest and reasonable with price, and friendly staffs!
