TERRIBLE service!!!!!!! – My family has ordered several dresses from the Bridesmaids Store over the past few years with no major problems, but this most recent experience has cost them any future business from my family. We placed an order for 2 dresses in mid-March, paid 50% upfront, and paid an extra fee to have them "rush delivered", as they were needed for my brother's wedding in the end of June. HORRIBLE!!!! – I had a very similar experience to the latest reviewer. I FINALLY received my dress AFTER the event. I ordered my dress, and then months passed - never heard anything from the store. Called them, and was told that it would be in on Wednesday. Wednesday would come and go, and no dress would be there. I would call again, get the same answer. This went on for weeks. Wonderful Experience, Great Prices, Friendly Staff! – I went to the bridesmaid store for my bridal and bridesmaid's. I found my Wtoo bridal gown here for almost half the price as serendipity, The sales girl was very friendly and helping me pick a complimentary bridesmaid dress as well, She helped me find th eperfect color I had been searching for and several designs that came in that color. Awesome! – These ladies are so helpful and handled my dress "nightmare". I bought a dress from another location that had snags in it and Sasha who is superb worked her magic and removed all the snags even two that I did not see! She helped me with the fitting and made recommendations for my alterations so my dress would fit perfectly. The provide good advice and helped me even though if was almost their closing time. Loved the dresses! – After reading the reviews i was a bit skeptical about going here but they had the best price on the brand of dresses I wanted. Im so glad i did because they were super friendly and vey helpful, got my dresses and they are beautiful, they have so many designers here it was a bit overwelming at first, i didnt know where to start. They have such better quality than davids bridal and prices are better to!
Staff was nice, Dress not so much – I recently bought a bridesmaid dress here. When I sent in my measurements they called and said that I was between 2 sizes so they recommended the larger one. I believed them, and paid in full in advance. I just got the dress and it's at least 2 sizes too large on top and 1 size to large everywhere else. The alterations to resize the dress would cost more than buying another one. Their service was fine, just make sure you know your size before you order.
Excellent Selection – I went with my bridesmaids during the week and it was great, They are busy on saturdays so it is better to make an appointment but they squeezed me in even though I didnt have one, The staff was super friendly and helpful and helped me find the perfect dress! It came right on time, plus it was way cheaper than every where else i looked. I would totally reccomend this store to anyone looking for a great deal on a bridal or bridesmaid dress.
Weird Sizing – I got my dress here and LOVE it. They measured me at a size 8 which seemed pretty spot on for me. When I got it, it was a pretty loose and I asked if I should've gotten a 6. She said if I had gotten a 6, it might've been too tight. That's not what I'm worried about... it will work just find with alterations, which I would've need anyways in the length. Discriminate against plus size women – I went to the store with my bridesmaids and what an awful experience. I have 1 bridesmaid that is a little large and they only had about 6 dresses that she could try on. The clerk told me that whatever dress we chose they can make her size, but she would be required to put half down to order the dress.
