Terrible customer service! Rude and arrogant staff and owner!!
RecommendedI was nervous about the whole dress shopping experience for several reasons but the staff at BSB (specifically Tess) made it a relaxing, positive experience. Tess immediately considered what I was looking for and had me try on several different styles. They special requested a Lillian West dress for me to try and I said yes to the dress at their trunk show so the dress was super affordable.
Tiffany!! Omg she was amazing! I had the best time trying on dresses and I found my dress! I was also able to look at the bridesmaid dresses to see which style and color looked best next to my dress. I never felt rushed, Tiffany listened to what I was going for and lead me in the dress direction that would really go with the vision of my wedding. I’m so excited to order my dream dress! Thank you so much Tiffany for an amazing time!
my sister came here for her wedding dress so naturally I wanted to as well. I also SO glad I did. I was treated so we'll, never felt pressured. was so comfortable and assured. I found my dream dress. I felt so valued and special. that made such a sweet moment even better. thank you isn't enough.
