Ran into issues with my bridesmaid dresses and the owner was very rude to me when I asked if she could accommodate the issues–as well as my family. She yelled at me, my sister and then my parents over the phone (after buying 2 wedding dresses there within a year for me and my sister) to the point of making me cry. My experience at the Bridal Suite Boutique was beyond my dreams! As soon as I walked through the door with my mother and sister we were greeted with such warmth! Hollie assisted me from the beginning and captured my vision perfectly all while staying within our budget. Francesca not only listened to me about what things I liked/didn’t like, her knowledge, positivity and professionalism made this experience so memorable for me. BSB was the first and last stop on my bridal shop journey. I found THE dress there. Holly was so nice and helpful. When I stepped into the shop, I was immediately greeted by all. Based on a phone call the previous day, Holly had pulled a dress that she thought I would like. When I got there, we pulled some more. The first dress I tried on was the one holly picked and that was the one I said yes to! It was a wonderful experience! I highly recommend!
