I actually purchased my dress elsewhere, and took it here to get altered after recently moving. I can not even express how amazing the customer service was here. Every single person I interacted with, especially my seamstress was nothing short of kind, sweet, and extremely pleasant. I felt like a bride, and they took away every stress and anxiety I had. Today I was lucky enough to find a bridal shop that exceeded my expectations. Janet was absolutely amazing, honestly I swear she was heaven sent. She did everything in her power to make me happy. She was very patient with me and made me feel very special and beautiful. The Bridal Shoppe allows ONLY one bride at a time devoting 100% of the staff to the bride. Such a beautiful experience. We had plenty of time for trying on as many dresses as she wanted. The boutique is very warm and inviting. Never once did I (mom) feel I was not allowed to look at anything. No crowd pushing me out of the way. No snobbiness. The staff truly showed caring for my daughter. I absolutely loved being there. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
