I went to The Bridal Collection for the National Bridal Sale, and while my experience was completely different from what it would have been if I had made an appointment, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. They even remembered my earrings and called me when they found one! Thank you ladies for convincing me to try on that last dress when I was over it, it turned out to be my dream dress and fit PERFECTLY. Thank you!!

By the time that I went to The Bridal Collection for dress shopping with my mom I was exhausted and didn't think I'd find my 'dream' dress while she was in town visiting from NJ. The Bridal Collection was dress store #4 that I visited in the span of three days. Amazing staff and excellent assortment of gowns! After visiting many stores throughout four states, I was extremely excited to find my dress. I walked in without an appointment and Elise made time for me! She walked me through the entire appointment and made sure I knew exactly what I was looking for. Stunning showroom and beautiful dresses. My rating comes from working with my budget or lack there of. When I set my appointment I said I want to spend under $x. I said it again when I arrived. I was continuously given beautiful gowns that were at the top of my budget or 40% over. I would have rather been told at the time I set my appointment that they don't have dresses in my range. I love my dress, but my experience at The Bridal Collection was so-so. When I chose my dress, I was told that a specific alteration would be do-able and even simple. However, on the day of my alterations appointment, I was told that this specific change couldn’t be done. I was then told that, since my alterations were so basic, they’d fall under the middle-range price package. When it was time to pay, they charged me for the upper-end alterations package.
