Rewriting this to be a bit more fair. I had previously left a bad review as I have a neighbor who routinely blasts loud music through my floor. While this is frustrating, it is abnormal for this complex from what I gather. Most people likely will not deal with that here, I just got wildly unlucky and have little to no recourse as a child lives above me so drowning out his music isn't much of an option unless I want to interfere in a child's life which isn't something I wish to do. Have been living here and loving it since 2024. However recently we upgraded to a 3 bedroom due to expecting our first baby. Was told it would be move in ready however upon getting the keys there have been a litany of issues main one being mold. Being 8 months pregnant is already stressful enough moving but being unable to unpack due to corporate or contractors not wanting to fix the issue is very very upsetting to say the least. The apartment was really nice. The only thing I had an issue with is the bathrooms and closet in the master bedroom. The 2nd bathroom and closet is larger than the master. This is perfect for a single parent and a child or children but for a married couple with kids this is not ideal
I've been trying to debate leaving this review or not as I had previously left a relatively good review. Unfortunately, this place can be very hit or miss. You might get good neighbors, or you might get the worst neighbor you've ever had. My downstairs neighbor is probably the most childish adult to exist. He blasts music to the point where it shakes my apartment and management has done absolutely nothing about it.
