I’ve lived here for some time now everyone that works here are always professional including maintenance workers. Lots of activities for adults and children. These apartments are well kept up not patch up. If you are looking for somewhere quiet and safe it’s here.

First off the staff at The Bricks are amazing. I really appreciate always feeling welcomed when I go into the leasing office. Two pool options in the summer is such a highlight and the grills are always clean. I absolutely love the location especially with all the restaurants so close.
DISASTER! They over charge you for dated and worn apartments with no sound proof, and they justify it with a fresh coat of paint. When I moved in, I had to request maintenance twice within the first week. First, inside my toilet tank was infested with so many ants that when I flushed, they flowed into the bowl. And second, the kitchen sink had such a leak when I walked through my door, the water actually splashed. The crook part comes in because what you're quoted for rent will never be what you pay.
