I visited the property this past weekend for a tour, and I had a great experience. Pamela was incredibly knowledgeable and provided top notch customer service throughout the visit. She took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel welcomed and informed. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and Pamela’s professionalism really stood out.
Been here nearly six years never really had any issues. Maintenance is quick to fix any issue and the gym is surprisingly nice and has alot of variety
I recently toured The Bricks Perimeter Center as a prospective resident, and I had a great experience. Kiara conducted the tour and was both polite and thorough. She took the time to walk me through all the apartment amenities and answered every question. I’ve lived here for almost a year now & I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my experience: -Great location: walkable to grocery store/restaurants, multiple parks less than 10mins away, easy access to city -Amazing maintenance team: friendly, responsive, escalate quickly when needed -Secure: Package locker is nice, car/pedestrian gates are key fob protected, never had a package stolen -Good amenities: 2 pools, dog park, dog grooming area, gym, and more.
