My actual rating would be somewhere between 3.5 and 4 stars. Positives: Good touring experience. Tori was quite genial and handled all our concerns well. The location is great, very close to the Perimeter mall and I-285. The apartment complex looks quite charming and creates a good impression on a first-time visitor. I went in to inquire about an apartment that my coworker was interested in. Kisha was extremely courteous and helpful. She gave me all the information I needed to relay back to my colleague. If Kisha is a sign of the service the tenants receive, I highly recommend!
