Pretty good place for a beer and some food, music out the back if that’s what you want. Menu mainly sandwiches and stuff but the rice bowl was actually a massive surprise, unconventional but utterly delicious - the ground beef one. Definitely worth having. And the cigar city IPA… wow, completely wonderful and only 7.5%!!! Three or four of these and you’re well on your way.
Stopped for dinner since I was staying at hotel one block away and found a local bar and restaurant popular with locals. Good drinks, especially at Happy Hour, and good food at reasonable prices. Band was setting up to play as I left.
The food, service and atmosphere were great!
Check your bill before paying!! Our waiter tried to charge us more than the menu prices. We ordered the rotisserie bowl, which was listed as $17, and the flatbread, listed as $11. Originally, we ordered the hummus appetizer, but the waiter told us they were out, so we switched to the flatbread. However, we were charged $18 for the bowl and $13 for the flatbread. What makes it okay to charge more than what’s listed on the menu? I don’t recommend this place. The food is already overpriced as it is.
