The process was cumbersome to obtain the reports needed for closing ( too many steps ) and the report took too long to obtain. There was more work needed to be performed to create a quality repair. The seller understood that there were some boards that needed to be repaired in the crawl space and he made those repairs. Too stressful to get to the closing table.
