Rizwana Patel was the Sales Representative and she is worth 10 stars. The Delivery guys as well were very professional, hence the 5 stars for them. The Brick Customer Service was very unprofessional in the way this matter was dealt with. There were more issues but will post this part for now. Imagine wanting us to pay for removal of the gas line for the old stove and then hook up again for the new one. We tried to explain that why should we pay for it when it was no fault of ours.
