I've lived here for a few years now and it's really cool! Each apartment is unique and the setting - in the Historic High School - is so much fun. Really happy here and I've met some great new friends. Location is good, with immediate Freeway access (important to me) so I can be downtown in 5 minutes. But the biggest reason this gets 5 stars is the staff - particularly Sade and Jordan. These two wonderful ladies are super-responsive and have always gone out of their way to make this a pleasant place to live. Love it here!
STAY AWAY! THEY ARE SHADY AND THE STAFF HAS NOT BEEN TRAINED TO PROPERLY COMMUNICATE WITH POTENTIAL RENTERS. THE PROPERTY IS GREAT BUT MANAGEMENT IS VERY POOR. WOULD NEVER WANT PEOPLE LIKE THIS AS A LANDLORD. SHADY RENTAL PRACTICES
I've lived here for two years its a great place I love it nice and roomy and for your money u can't find this kind of space anywhere in Cleveland
