Lived here for several years and finally got out of this place. Rent went up every year and the quality went down. The ownership changed 2-3 times and the Resident Manager changed yearly. The final few I told to their face I would not remember their name as they would be gone, and I was right. Garbage was often thrown around in the halls. Dogs going to the bathroom in the halls. Management sucks, you put work orders in and they don’t attend to any of them. They like to mark them as completed and not do anything to fix the problem. Dog feces and urine all throughout the hallways, just terrible. They need to do something about this place, corporate never calls you back either!

I like it here. The apartments are really nice and the staff is friendly.
I like the make up of this. It gives you that place of private and friendly atmosphere. Tents here have been so peaceful and straight forward. The ladies off the office really make you feel wanted and go above and beyond to make your stay like no other.
I give 5 stars to The Brick Lofts! I suppose if I could, I would give 4.5 stars as nothing is absolutely perfect in this world...except Ebony in the front office of course...but hey....I'm not here to give a false sense about leasing at The Brick Lofts, merely to give my perspective.
